Here is a second set of sakuras - this one focuses less on the individual flowers and more on their ensemble.

These blooming flowers make me happy because they symbolize the arrival of Spring! It's a lovely season. I always associate with warmth, liveliness, and colours.

At the same time, Spring for me is also reminiscent of goodbyes. It is always around this time that I leave a place, a temporary home.

Soon, my life in Vancouver will come to an end too...

I hope to make the best of my remaining weeks here.

It's cherry blossom season here in Vancouver! I have been looking forward to this. I took some time off from my busy schedule and went to visit them this morning. They're such beautiful little flowers. and seeing them really brightened up my day!

It's been a hectic week! All I desire right now is to sleep and to dream. I am so tired.

My friend Fanyi came down to Vancouver for her reading week. I have known her since my junior high years and she is a very good friend. I was delighted to see her again and to have the opportunity to introduce her to (parts of) Vancouver! 

The following are some clubbing pictures taken on Friday night, when we went out with some of my friends and danced the night away at PostModern nightclub!

Just got home not too long ago. Had a fun night at Cody's watching a ridiculous movie and playing fun games with everyone!

Spent a sunny Saturday walking in a park and taking photos!

A great pizza meal experience with Sarah at Rocky Mountain Flatbread Company. The pizzas were amazingly delicious and I also really enjoyed the chats we had on a variety of interesting and random topics!

I think it is these kinds of little shared pleasant moments of everyday that I come to really appreciate in life!
